Shipping & Handling
Please note, a signature requirement will be added to all shipments on orders over $1,000. If you would like to proceed without a signature requirement, please indicate "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the notes section from your cart. By opting out of a signature requirement, you are authorizing the delivery of your package without the requirement of signature at delivery. Axel's Outpost assumes no responsibility for packages lost or stolen that have been assigned "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED".
Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders with UPS.
Processing Time: It typically takes 1-3 business days to process orders. During busy times it may take an extra day to process orders. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with UPS. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please refer to UPS estimated delivery times for more information.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping to countries all over the world, however Axel's Outpost is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred on international orders; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately.
