Shipping & Handling
Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders with UPS.
Processing Time: It typically takes 1-2 business days to process orders. During busy times it may take an extra day to process orders. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with UPS. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please refer to UPS estimated delivery times for more information.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement order as soon as possible.
