Outpost Return/Credits/Exchange Policy

We ask you kindly to include the item(s), unworn and in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags in place.

We do not provide a pre-paid return label for sales items. All item must be returned using the return link at the bottom of the page.

Late Returns

Returns postmarked between 8-14 days of original delivery will be exchanged for a store credit only with a 10% restocking fee. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Closeouts Items Policy

Any item(s) marked down 40% or more will be exchanged for a store credit only.

Processing Returns

All returns need to be processed at axelsoutpost.com/pages/returns or by clicking on the Returns link at the bottom of axelsoutpost.com. Returns typically take 2-5 business days to process.

Price Adjustments
Sales prices are subject to change. Axel's Outpost works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Axel's Outpost reserves the right to change the current advertised sale price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
