Exchanges/Credits and Returns Policy

• Closeout items marked down 40% or more are not eligible for a refund
• Customers are encouraged to provide measurements before purchasing
• The Outpost reserves the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be purchased in any order or series of orders
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition with sales receipt and all tags in place
• The company reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition
• Late returns postmarked between 8-14 days of original delivery will be exchanged for a store credit only with a 10% restocking fee. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted.
