OUTPOST RETURN POLICY
No hassle is part of our mission, so we made it a goal to offer no hassle returns even (especially) on sale items. Everyone loves sales, but it's a turn-off to worry about getting stuck with an item that isn't quite right, even if you got a good deal for it.
If you find that your purchase isn't everything that you hoped it would be, you may return it within one week of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, to protect ourselves from lurking 'return-renters', we must insist that returns postmarked 7 days after receipt may be exchanged for store credit only.
We ask you to include the item(s), in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags in place. Return labels are not provided with shipments of sale items. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 970-688-5339, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
